ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to issue orders, approving the appointment of the petitioner, Sr.Brighta Morais, working as Secondary Grade Assistant in the 5th respondent St.Ann's Primary School, Thiganarai, Thalavadi, Erode District-638 461, w.e.f 03.06.2014, and release salary, with all service and monetary benefits.

2. Without going into the merits of the main writ petition, the third

respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
