This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for records pertaining to the Notification dated NIL issued by the Respondent for Direct Recruitment to the post of Primary School Teacher2023 and quash the same in so far as it relates to the 10% weightage for Employment Exchange Seniority of Teacher Eligibility Test (TEST Paper-I).
2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to the effect.
