2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 & 2, & the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.3.

3.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit and having heard the learned counsel, this Court satisfied to allow this petition to dispense with the filing of the impugned order passed by the third respondent dt.

22.11.2024. Accordingly, this writ miscellaneous petition is ordered.
