ORDER

The petitioner herein is the 3rd respondent in the writ petition. The said 3rd respondent has filed a modification petition seeking to modify the order, whereas the main writ petition itself was dismissed for non-prosecution on 25.04.2025. In such circumstances, the 3rd respondent is not entitled to seek any modification of an order in a writ petition that stands dismissed. If at all the 3rd respondent has any grievance, he is at liberty to work out his remedy independently in the manner known to law.
