O R D E R

The review petitioner has filed the present Review Application mainly on the ground that the order impugned in the writ petition was issued without assigning any reason.

2. Since, it is a non-speaking order, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that an opportunity needs to be given to the petitioner during the course of adjudication.

3. The writ petition was decided along with the batch of writ petitions and that being so, the present Review Application is to be considered to the extent of providing opportunity to the review petitioner to participate in the process of adjudication to be conducted by the Tahsildar/ third respondent.

4. Thus the third respondent-Tahsildar is directed to provide opportunity at the time of adjudication of the issues to the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law and communicate the same to the review petitioner.
