The learned counsel for the plaintiff has stated no objection for allowing this application, which has been filed to condone the delay of 84 days in filing the written statement by the defendants 10 and 11.

This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, as sufficient cause has been shown. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. Written statement filed by the defendants 10 and 11 is taken on file.

The learned counsel for the second defendant would submit that the second defendant has also filed an application seeking to condone the delay in filing the written statement of the second defendant.

Registry is directed to number the said application, if it is otherwise in order, and list the same for hearing on 08.01.2024.
