Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to call for the records of the first respondent relating to the order dated 27.10.2003 passed in D.Dis.P & EI (3)/30612/2002 confirming the order of the second respondent dated 18.06.2002 passed in Na.Ka.R4/37734/2002 (rejecting the renewal application of petitioner's L3 Licence in No.10/2001-2002 and cancelling that Licence) and by the issue of a Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, quash the said order of the 1st respondent dated 27.10.2003 directing the second respondent to renew the L3 Licence of the petitioner for the current year 20032004 for which petitioner has made an application in February 2003.
