ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking for transfer of the case pending in MC.No.9 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddipatti, Dharmapuri District to the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai, Krishnagiri District.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that pleadings are complete and case is now at the stage of trial.

3.Considering the facts and circumstance of the case and the reasons that have been assigned in the petition, the petitioner is directed to be represented through a counsel before the court below and the petitioner shall be present before the Court below as and when required.

4.This criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Pappireddipatti, Dharmapuri District to dispose of the maintenance case, within a period of four moths from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
