ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR,J.) W.M.P.No.450 of 2024 seeking to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition stands allowed.
2. Today the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that though the petitioners were objecting to the charcoal unit run by the fourth respondent, he himself states that the charcoal unit has been closed and therefore the petitioners have no cause to prosecute this writ petition further.
The counsel fairly reports that this writ petition may be closed recording that the charcoal unit has also been closed.
3. It is in the said circumstances, this writ petition is closed, as no further adjudication is necessary. Consequently, W.M.P.No.452 of 2024 is also closed. No costs.
