Heard Mr.S.Praveennath, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and Mr.P.Sankarapandiayan, learned counsel for the second respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned for the second respondent submitted that they have already paid a sum of Rs.2,83,838/- to the petitioner towards reimbursement of the medical expenses.
