This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 08.09.2022 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.20350 of 2022, thereby directing the respondent to complete the

investigation in Crime No.77 of 2017 within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, after completion of investigation, the respondent filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram, on 26.02.2024.
