-2O R D E R The petitioner seeks for a direction upon respondents 2 to 4 to consider his representation dated 31.10.2023, and permit him to continue his possession in the writ land.

2. The learned Government Advocate submits that the fourth respondent would conduct an inquiry into the representation made by the petitioner and an opportunity of hearing would be given to the petitioner as well as respondents 5 and 6, before passing orders.

3. The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is placed on record. Accordingly, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct an inquiry on the representation made by the petitioner, dated 31.10.2023, and afford an opportunity of hearing to both sides, and pass orders, within a period of twelve weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, WMP No.36490 of 2023 is closed. 28.12.2023 tar
