The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 4 days in filing the criminal revision against the order dated 26.07.2023 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2974 of 2023 by the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.IV(FAC) Puducherry.

Mr.M.V.Ramachandramurthy, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for R1 to R4, notice sent to R5, but there is no appearance for her; R6 is no more; Mr.V.Kamala Kumar, learned counsel takes notice for R7 and have no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
