P.Ramesh ..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to renew the petitioner's Association namely Salem Civil Engineers Association Registered vide Registration Certificate in Sl.No.80/2000 dated 22.05.2000 by considering their representation/complaint dated 15.06.2023, 18.07.2023 and 16.11.2023 forthwith.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2023.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 16.11.2023 to renew the petitioner's association viz., "Salem Civil Engineers Association" registered vide registration certificate in Sl.No.80/2000 dated 22.05.2000. However, the same was not considered. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2023 will be considered within a period of six weeks.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 16.11.2023 by issuing due notice and opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and aggrieved parties, if any, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
