This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.19484 of 2024 by an order dated 14.08.2024 on the file of this Court.
2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 71 days and investigation is completed in this matter. He would further submit that the respondent police has not yet filed the final report.
3.The condition in para No.6(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19484 of 2024 on 14.08.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
