This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(a) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25471 of 2024 by an order dated 17.10.2024 on the file of this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been taken up in Spl.S.C.No.208 of 2024, pending on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur. He further submitted that the case now stands posted on 20.12.2024.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25471 of 2024 on 17.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Tiruppur on 20.12.2024 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Session Judge. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
