This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24858 of 2024 by an order dated 19.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the concerned NDPS Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent police has filed the final report before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore.

3. Heard both sides. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24858 of 2024 on 19.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Special Court for Essential Commodities Act cases, Coimbatore on the third working day of January 2025 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates to be fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
