O R D E R

This case was adjourned by this Court on a clear understanding that the petitioner will join the transferred place and thereafter, make a representation for re-transfer.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader, on instruction, submitted that till date the petitioner has not joined the transfer place.

3. A similarly placed person approached this Court challenging a similar transfer order and this Court, by order dated 10.12.2019 had dismissed the writ petitions in WP.Nos.34353 & 34357 of 2019.

4. In view of the above, this Court cannot take a different view in the present writ petition and therefore, this Court does not find any ground to interfere with the order of transfer passed by the second respondent. This Court has already directed the disciplinary proceedings to be completed within a stipulated time.
