(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Shri. Prabakar states that State litigation policy is only to file an appeal where the tax effect is in excess of Rs.5,00,000/-. Shri. Prabakar states that in this case, the tax effect is only Rs.2,50,000/- and therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal.
