PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 2nd respondent herein in C.O.C.No.37 of 2024 dated 10.10.2024 and quash the same and produce the petitioner's son the detenue Thiru Immanvel, aged about 22 years, now detained at Central Prison, Thiruchirappali in TPDA No.8522 before this Court and set her at liberty.
