(a) pass a preliminary judgment and decree declaring that the plaintiff is entitled to 1⁄2 share in the suit schedule properties and consequently partition the suit schedule properties by metes and bounds and put the plaintiff in separate possession of her 1⁄2 share in the suit schedule properties; (b) direct the Defendant to render accounts of the rents and lease deposits received by him in respect of the properties described in Items 1 to 3 of the Schedule, from 28.11.2021 to this date of plaint and pay the plaintiff her share.

JUDGMENT

M/s.S.P.Arthi, the learned counsel for the plaintiff, circulated a letter dated 29.10.2025 for withdrawal of the main suit and also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect. In view of the same, this civil suit is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. The Registry is directed to refund the Court fee as per rules.
