(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 109 days in filing the Review Application Sr.No.123206 of 2023.

2. Heard Mr.K.V.Sajeev Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Saseetharan, learned counsel who has taken notice for the respondents.

3. Since the reason taken by the petitioner in this condone delay petition for filing this main review application with the delay of 109 days is to be accepted and therefore bpased on such reason, we feel that this condone delay petition can be allowed, accordingly it is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to number the main review application, if it is otherwise in order and post the review application for hearing along with W.A.No.1734 of 2015.
