ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in an earlier occasion, this Court by order dated 01.11.2018, has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24982 of 2018 and after that, the second petitioner suffered heart attack, thereby he could not furnish the surety as imposed on him. Hence, apprehending arrest, the petitioners have filed the present petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that though this petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail, it would suffice, if this Court grants further time for complying the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24982 of 2018 on 01.11.2018.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not raised any serious objeection for grant of extension of time. 4.Considering the fact that this Court has already granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24982 of 2018 on 01.11.2018, this Court is inclined to dispose of this criminal original petition by granting two weeks time to the petitioner for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

complying the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24982 of 2018.

5.Accordingly, a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24982 of 2018 on 01.11.2018.
