Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the respondent in Proc.No.7628/LWO/99, dated 29.01.2002 which is confirmed in Lr.No.7628/LWO/89, dated 14.10.2003 and quash both the orders of the respondent and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with backwages, continuity of service and all other monetary benefits.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and she has also made an endorsement in the petition as follows:
