The learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that as against the order in W.P.No.10235 of 2013 dated 28.03.2024, which is the subject matter of contempt, an appeal has been filed by the respondents in W.A.No.350 of 2025 and the Division Bench of this Court has granted stay of further proceedings in the above contempt petition.
