ORDER
With the consent of both the parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the suspension order of the co-delinquents who are also involved in the criminal cases initiated by the CBCID have been revoked by the orders of this Court. One such order passed by this Court is in the case of K.Chithandi Vs. The Commissioner of Police and another in W.P.No.27713 of 2023 dated 22.09.2023.
3.As such, it would be appropriate for the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.11.2023 in the light of the orders passed by this Court, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. 2/4
No costs.
