[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] The petitioner seeks an order of injunction restraining the respondents from alienating or encumbering the properties subject matter of the suit in O.S.No.10 of 2013. The said suit is one for partition filed by the petitioner and it has been partially decreed. Any alienation pending appeal will be subject to the result of the appeal.

2. Hence, we see no reason to grant an order of injunction.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
