These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.26728, 26730 and 26724 of 2024 by orders dated 25.10.2024 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 33 days and investigation is pending in these matters. He would further submit that there are seven previous cases pending against the petitioner.
3. Considering the above submission, the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.Nos.26728, 26730 and 26724 of 2024 on 25.10.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
