No appearance COMMON ORDER A report as directed had been filed by the learned Principal District Judge indicating the reason for the delay. Though if unnecessary adjournments have been sought for by the parties to the suit and are attempting to play dilatory tactics on the Court, the Court is empowered to put on terms such of the litigants in granting such adjournments. In a time bound matter, it could be seen that an application to frame additional issues had been kept to be pending for two months after filing the counter, such accommodation shall be restricted by the Court as this Court had already fixed a time line to dispose of the suit and for the suit arising out of a commercial division, time line has already been prescribed by the Statute to dispose of the suit.

2. The Court shall take up the matter on day to day basis and conclude the suits at the earliest as expeditiously as possible. But, however, not later than six

months from today. The Court is further directed to allocate time on each date of the hearing and the parties and their counsels are directed to adhere to the time schedule fixed by the Court.
