Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records of the impugned proceedings of the third respondent dated 18.11.2022 bearing Se.Mu.Order No.A1/29753/2022 and impugned proceedings of 1/4

the first respondent dated 27.01.2023 bearing Na Ka No.A1/32482/ 2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to include the petitioner in the promotion panel list for the post of Superintendent for the year 2011-2012 and in the promotion panel list for the post of Manager for the year 2018-2019 and in the promotion panel list for the post of Assistant Commissioner for the year 20232024 in the appropriate place as per her seniority in the said promotion panel lists and grant promotion on notional basis with all attendant benefits.
