By taking this court to the ground of appeal 'd', raised in the memo of appeal, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the order impugned in this appeal was passed against the deceased Janamma alias Janakamma and Remana Reddy, without impleading the Legal heirs.

Hence, the appellants herein, who are the legal heirs of the deceased are before this court. He further submitted that the copy of the impugned order was not served on the appellants/petitioners.

In view of the same, production of copy of the the impugned order is dispensed with for the time being and accordingly, this petition is allowed.
