The petitioner/A4 seeks anticipatory bail in Crime No.1 of 2022 registered by the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of IPC.

2. It is stated that all the accused person had broken the house of the defacto complainant and had stolen 19 and 1/2 pawn jewels.

3. It is also stated that there are 22 previous cases of similar nature as against the petitioner herein.

4. Taking all those factors into consideration, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
