This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 09.09.2022 made in W.P.No.24391 of 2022. 2.The petitioner filed W.P.No.24391 of 2022 seeking direction to the respondents to consider her application dated 21.01.2011 seeking re-determination of the compensation for the acquired lands and the reminder letter dated 04.03.2019. This Court vide order dated 09.09.2022 made in W.P.No.24391 of 2022 issued direction to the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application within a time frame, pursuant to which, the first respondent has passed order on 31.12.2024.

3.In view of the above, there is no willful disobedience and this Contempt Petition is closed.
