2. For the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also considering the fact that the relief sought for in the main writ petition is against the punishment of compulsory retirement after completing 22 years of service by the petitioner in CRPF, this Court is inclined to restore this application subject to condition that the learned counsel for the petitioner should get ready to argue the matter as and when the matter is listed for hearing.

3. List the main writ petition on 09.09.2024 for hearing.

4. Registry is directed to print the name of Mr.G.Ilangovan, learned Central Government Standing Counsel for the respondents in the cause list.
