The matter has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned"at the the instance of the learned Advocate Commissioner indicating that the tenants are asking her to pay the electricity charges and even the water charges from the rents received. The rents for the property do not include the electricity and water charges and hence, the same shall be borne by the respective persons who are in occupation of the property.
