O R D E R

The order dated 09.12.2025 passed by this Court has been complied with.

2. In view of the above, the order dated 09.12.2025 shall take effect. The Trial Court is directed to expeditiously dispose of the suit in O.S. No.224 of 2022, permitting the revision petitioner to cross-examine the plaintiff's witnesses, and thereafter, the eighth defendant shall be allowed to lead evidence, if any. It is made clear that the Trial Court shall dispose of the said suit on or before 31.03.2026, on merits and in accordance with law.
