These writ miscellaneous petitions are filed to implead the petitioner herein/proposed respondent in both petitions as respondents in the above writ petition.

Learned counsel for the respondents have no objection for allowing these petitions.

3. In view of the above, these petitions are ordered. The petitioner/proposed respondent in both petitions are impleaded as respondents in the above writ petition.
