The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant could not serve notice on the respondents 1 to 6 and sought permission of this Court to effect service through paper publication.

2.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the appellant, this petition is ordered. Appellant is permitted to effect service through paper publication in one issue of any leading Tamil Vernacular Newspaper which have wide circulation in the vicinity indicating the next date of hearing as 19.12.2024 on or before 17.12.2024.
