This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to cancel the bail granted to the 2nd Respondent by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore on 17.10.2024 in CMP.No.5827 of 2024 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore and to direct the respondent police to expedite the investigation against the 2nd respondent/accused. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner filed a memo stating that the petitioner has revoked the vakkalath given to him. However, the petitioner has not so far engaged any other counsel.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the second respondent/accused has complied with the conditions so far. 4.In such view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Petition.
