Applicant Company Application filed under Section 460(4) of the Companies Act, 1956 read with Rule 9, 11 (B) of Companies (Court) Rule, 1959, praying to (a) to take the report on record; (b) to approve the fee structure as specified in Para 6 for the counsel conducting cases on behalf of the Official Liquidator; (c) to ratify the action of the Official Liquidator in appointing the Counsel of his choice to appear before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the Civil Appeal No.7408/2012 and SLP(C) Nos.10876 to 10878 of 2013; (d) to permit the Official Liquidator to meet out the Professional fee out of the funds of the company in liquidation and (e) to direct the cost of this application do come out of the funds of the company in liquidation.
