ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH, J.) When the petitioner herein had earlier sought for premature release of the life convicted prisoner, this Court had granted interim bail, taking note of the fact that the case had been favourably recommended and was pending for final orders.
2.In view of the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is not pressing the prayer sought for in the present Writ Petition.
