This application is filed seeking to set aside the order of dismissal of the above O.P. dated 12.10.2023 and restore back O.P.No.147 of 2020.

3.Having regard to the nature of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and inorder to give fair opportunity to the applicant, this application is ordered and O.P.No.147 of 2020 is restored to file.
