ORDER

The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable 1/4

under Sections 10, 9(f) of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 @ 10, 11(1), 12, 9(f) of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, in Crime No.52 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of prosecution is that the absconding accused is the headmaster of the driving school against whom specific allegation has been made by the minor girl that he had misbehaved with her and abused her sexually. Hence this case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for respondent would submit that this is the second anticipatory bail petition, there is no changes in the facts and circumstances, and he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances, the statement of the victim girl also indicates that the petitioner has misbehaved with the victim girl inappropriately. Already the first anticipatory bail petition was dismissed by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P.No.24123 of 2025 dated 04.09.2025, immediately 2/4

within a week i.e., on 09.09.2025 the second anticipatory bail petition was filed without making out any changes in the circumstances.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 06.10.2025 rna Note :
