The Writ Petition has been filed for directing the Third Respondent to cancel the tender notification published on 09.12.2023, which is scheduled to be conducted on 14.12.2023, calling for applications to participate in the said tender for 5 projects for the construction of Waster Water Channels and Cement Roads in the Pasumaathur, Sennankuppam and Nagal Panchayat, K.V.Kuppam Block, Vellore District under the Adi Dravidar Welfare Scheme and Ayodhi Dasa Pandidhar Scheme.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, states that it has been decide to go for single tender for each project and proposal for combined tender for the construction of Waster Water Channels and Cement Roads in the Pasumaathur, Sennankuppam and Nagal Panchayat, K.V.Kuppam Block, Vellore District under the Adi Dravidar Welfare Scheme and Ayodhi Dasa Pandidhar Scheme has been dropped, and a memo dated 08.01.2024 has been filed to that effect, which is placed on record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition.

In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
