ORDER

The matter has been listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the tenth respondent as this Court in its order dated 07.03.2025, had noted that the payment of rent till Jan 2025, whereas, it is the case of the tenth defendant that he had paid the only in full till December 2024 and had paid 50% of the rent for the month of January 2025 and not for February 2025 as mentioned in the order.

2. Recording the same, the tenth defendant shall make the payment of Rs.50,000/- for the month of January 2025 and thereafter, from the month of February 2025 till July 2025 shall pay the rent of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of the suit in C.S.No.83 of 2018 on or before

10.07.2025 and thereafter, the monthly rents to be paid on or before 10th of every succeeding months.
