ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the instructions received from the office of the Sub Registrar, Guduvanchery, was placed before this Court. The relevant portions are extracted hereunder:- "As per the Inspector General of Registration, Circular No.8209/CS2/2025, dated 26.03.2025, the District Registrar (Admin), Tambaram, vide letter No.776/M1/2026, dated 25.02.2026 communicated the same to the Deputy Inspector General of Registration, Chengalpet, to receive necessary approval, who in turn approved the same vide the letter No.627/m2/2026, dated 25.02.2026. Regarding this, a support request was raised to TCS as No.13366612 and is yet to be approved.

I also to state that all possible efforts were made to retrieve the refusal document file from the server. Since the refusal order was made 8 months back, the file could not be traced and pulled back to the Registrar log in. And also due to the upgrading process Star 3.0 carrying out in Registration Department it was found difficult in tracing the file."

2. In the light of the technical glitch faced by the respondent, time is extended for compliance up to 13.03.2026.
