ORDER

Complaining that the order dated 03.07.2025 has not been complied with, this Contempt Petition is filed.

2. This Court, by its order dated 03.07.2025 directed the respondents concerned to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2025 within a period of eigh weeks. Pursuant to the said order, the respondents has disposed of the petitioner's representation and passed an order on 07.10.2025 informing that the TASMAC shop will be shifted from the present place within a period of six months. The copy of the order dated 07.10.2025 passed by the respondent has been produced and the same is taken on record.
