ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 28.01.2022 passed by

this Court in W.P.No.1018 of 2022, thereby directing the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner dated 07.08.2021 for issuance of patta and conduct enquriy after issuing notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the second respondent considered the petitioner's representation and passed order by the proceedings dated 04.11.2025, thereby rejecting the request made by the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 04.11.2025, before this Court.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If any grievance over the order passed by the second respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law, if so advised.
