ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This application is to condone the delay of 19 days. An additional affidavit of Thakare Shubham Dnyandeorao, affirmed on 03.03.2025, is also filed. There is an affidavit of service of D.Kiran Kumar, affirmed on 21.02.2025, confirming service of respondent on 20.02.2025.

2. Despite service, respondent is absent. No affidavit opposing the application also has been filed. Therefore, the delay of 19 days in filing the tax case revision is condoned.
