The petitioner/A2 in S.C.No.117 of 2017 pending before the learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur at Poonamallee, seeks bail. 2.Originally Crime No.540 of 2017 had been registered under Sections 302 and 201 of IPC with respect to an occurrence which took place on 28.02.2017.

3.It is stated that the petitioner had been earlier been granted bail, but she absconded from judicial process and Non Bailable Warrant was issued against her on 02.08.2019 and the same was executed on 19.06.2023. 4.P.W.1 alone had been examined in chief but the counsel for the petitioner had not done the cross examination. 5.Let that be further progress in the trial and thereafter, the matter of grant of bail can be examined. At this stage, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
